Hillooxa designs Puppy Coloring Book: Dog Game for calm, creative, family-friendly play. We use data minimization, avoid commercial pressure, and review features with children’s safety and age-appropriate design in mind.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Hillooxa prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. We will respond to credible safety concerns involving our services and comply with applicable child-safety laws and lawful reporting duties.
02Children’s data
No identity is needed to color.
The current game does not knowingly collect, transmit, sell, or share children’s personal information. Children are not asked for a name, email address, phone number, photo, precise location, contacts, account, profile, advertising ID, or persistent device identifier.

No personal data is collected by Hillooxa through the game.

No personal data is shared with advertisers or other companies.

Coloring activity and saved drawings stay locally on the device.
03Ads, purchases & SDKs
No commercial pressure on children.
The current game contains no advertising, behavioral advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid coloring packs, analytics, tracking, or data-collecting third-party SDKs. Every coloring picture supplied by Hillooxa is included inside the app and does not need to be downloaded or purchased.
If a future release changes these practices, Hillooxa will review the change under Google Play’s Families Policy and applicable law, update the relevant disclosures, and obtain any required parental consent first.
04Content experience
Age-appropriate creativity by design.
The game focuses on friendly puppy artwork, colors, drawing, and simple creative activities. It is not designed to contain sexual, violent, gambling, dating, frightening, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate material for children.
Hillooxa states that the supplied artwork, interface, branding, and written content are original or used with appropriate authorization.
05Communication safety
No strangers, chat, or public sharing.
The current game has no chat, messaging, public profiles, social feed, matchmaking, location sharing, user uploads, or public gallery. Children cannot use the game to contact strangers or publish content.
Because the game does not host user communications or user-generated content, there is no public content-reporting flow inside gameplay. A parent or guardian can report any safety concern directly to Hillooxa.
06Permissions & artwork
Device functions stay local.
WAKE_LOCK keeps the screen active during coloring. VIBRATE provides optional touch feedback. Legacy read/write storage permissions are limited to Android 9 and earlier so users can open or save coloring files. Hillooxa does not use these functions to identify children or upload files.
Parents and guardians may review this policy, supervise play, manage or delete locally saved drawings, disable device permissions through Android settings, stop use, or uninstall the game at any time.
Because Hillooxa does not maintain child accounts or collect personal data through the current game, we normally hold no child account or personal record to access, correct, or delete. Families may still contact us to ask questions or raise concerns.

Hillooxa reviews the game against Google Play’s Families Policy, User Data Policy, Data Safety requirements, FTC COPPA guidance, and European children’s data safeguards. These references do not imply certification or endorsement by those organizations.
If this policy or the game’s child-safety practices change, we will update the version and effective date here and provide any notice or choice required by law or Google Play policy.
